Device and app trouble only — we never handle your account, card or payments.
This page is about your device, not your money. If the Capital One app will not install or open, or the website will not load properly in your browser, those are technical problems we can help you work through.
Everything to do with your actual account — balances, transactions, cards, payments, disputes or fraud — must go to Capital One directly, using the number on the back of your card or their official app. We have no access to your banking and we will never ask you about it.
Be very careful who you talk to about a bank account. We will never ask for your Capital One username, password, PIN, card number, security code or a one-time passcode — and neither will Capital One over an unsolicited call. If you think your account has been compromised, stop and call the number printed on your card straight away.
Independent support notice: iSecure LLC is an independent technical support provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised to act on behalf of Capital One. All brand names, trademarks and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification only. We help only with app, device and sign-in problems on your own equipment. We never ask for account passwords, card numbers, one-time codes or policy details — for anything relating to your account, payments, claims or bookings, contact the provider directly through their own official website, app or the number printed on your statement or card.
Talk to our support team — we’ll walk you through it, step by step.
